Dreamy Days Event operates on a fixed consultation fee structure. All venue bookings, hotel inventory contracts, floral procurement, and third-party vendor arrangements are billed directly to the client at cost. Any trade discounts or savings negotiated by us are passed directly to you.
To lock your event date in our planning calendar, a non-refundable retainer deposit is required. Vendor deposits and venue blockings must be completed on schedule to avoid price escalations or losing primary booking dates.
Any structural or thematic changes to stage backdrops, ceiling drapes, or main floral installations must be submitted at least 30 days before the first ceremony. Late modifications are subject to production availability and extra material procurement charges.
While our coordinators supervise every checkpoint to ensure a perfect celebration, Dreamy Days Event is not liable for weather disruptions, hotel service failures, or vendor delays beyond our reasonable control. Force Majeure clauses apply to all binding agreements.
